These 14"-16" Pink and black polyester crinoline petticoats with lace trim are a great accessory for 1000s of costume ideas! Manufacturer's specs for this item say fits up to size 6-16 with elastic waist between 24-38" and 16" length, but we have found that they can measure 14". This is shorter than a traditional 19" petticoat, but much longer than the micro 10" crinolines that are featured in our store.
